Assist customers in purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles

Learn customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget

Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems

Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives

Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service

Follow up with leads, previous customers, and referrals

Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system

Work closely with management and the finance department to complete vehicle transactions

Deliver sold vehicles and provide customers with a complete vehicle orientation

Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
- Previous automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
