We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Child Care Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Responsibilities
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Provide individualized attention to children, addressing their unique needs and interests.
- Maintain effective classroom management
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- DCF 45 Hours.
- Experience working with infants/toddlers is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
