We are seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support multiple commercial properties throughout the Richmond, VA area. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys working independently while servicing a variety of building systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment, including:
- HVAC systems
- Plumbing systems
- Electrical systems
- Building automation and controls
- Kitchen equipment
- Roofs, drains, and grounds equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Repair and replace building finishes, including:
- Ceiling tiles
- Door hardware
- Drywall and wall finishes
- Painting of walls, piping, floors, and equipment
- Inspect properties, equipment, and grounds for safety concerns and maintenance needs.
- Maintain and operate life safety systems, including:
- Fire alarm systems
- Fire pumps
- Fire protection equipment
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and service requests.
- Make recommendations to improve maintenance operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform general carpentry and assist with snow removal when required.
- Utilize technology such as smartphones, tablets, computers, building automation systems, and web-based applications.
- Follow all company safety procedures, training requirements, and uniform standards.
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a commercial property environment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Technical training, vocational education, or hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Mechanical systems

Additional Information
- This position may occasionally require overtime, on-call responsibilities, or extended hours in response to emergency situations.
- In some cases, you may be the only maintenance team member on duty.
- Work is performed at multiple commercial properties throughout the Richmond market.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
