-Must be willing to travel 30+ miles

What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct care to patients in homes & facilities
- Assist with daily activities (bathing, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor and report health changes
- Travel to different care locations (30+ miles)
Requirements:
- Active CNA license (Iowa)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel 30+ miles
- Great attitude & communication skills
- High school diploma/GED required
- Able to communicate clearly in English using written and verbal methods
- Ability to work as a valuable part of a team
