Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust, confidence, and long-term relationships
- Ask smart, value-based questions to uncover what the customer really needs—then guide them with clarity
- Make quick “pivots” when situations change (different needs, different timelines, new info from the customer, etc.) while keeping service smooth and professional
- Provide insurance solutions within our capabilities—explain available options and next steps in a way customers can understand
- If we don’t offer a specific product or coverage: be transparent, explain what we can do, and help connect the customer to the right path/resources when appropriate
- Drive growth every day by developing leads, scheduling appointments, uncovering needs, and presenting tailored products and services
- Maintain accuracy and strong follow-up with organized records, timely updates, and dependable follow-through
- Support the team by communicating clearly and staying engaged in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Spanish required (English/Spanish bilingual) to connect authentically with our diverse client base
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy—comfortable learning and using computers/office software
- People-first mindset: friendly, approachable, and great at building rapport
- Team player who supports shared goals
- Multitasking master who can manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Licensed or willing to obtain required licensing (support provided)

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
