Hookah Attendant (Part-Time)
TB3 Hookah is looking for an energetic and reliable Hookah Attendant to provide exceptional service at one of our partner venues. If you enjoy working in a fun nightlife environment and take pride in creating great customer experiences, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium hookahs to guests
- Light and manage coals throughout the evening
- Refill hookahs as needed
- Recommend flavors and answer customer questions
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Track sales and communicate inventory needs
- Represent the TB3 Hookah brand with professionalism
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in bars, lounges, and private events
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Hookah experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Evening shlifts
- Primarily Friday and Saturday nights
- Additional private events available
Pay
- $17 per hour
- Tips (when available)
- Opportunities for additional shifts and event work
- Paid training
- Typical shift: 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM
