The ZLD Service Specialist will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end execution of BOO, BOOT, rental-fleet, and long-term water-service projects.

Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, cash flow forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate deployment, mobilization, commissioning, relocation, and demobilization of Aquatech mobile water treatment assets.

Manage installation, construction, startup, performance testing, and customer acceptance activities.

Oversee subcontractors, vendors, equipment suppliers, logistics providers, and field service teams.

Identify fleet capability gaps and develop custom equipment solutions to meet project requirements.

Manage project scope, change orders, contract compliance, cost control, schedule performance, and profitability.

Lead customer communications and provide executive project reporting throughout project execution.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations, service, EHS, and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Physical Job Demands:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, limited walking, and standing.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical/ mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 7–15 years of project management experience in industrial water, wastewater, utilities, process industries, or industrial infrastructure projects.

Experience managing field construction, commissioning, and startup activities.

Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.

Strong understanding of BOO, BOOT, EPC, EPCM, service contracts, or similar project delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification preferred.

Experience with rental equipment fleets and asset utilization management.

Experience with industrial water treatment, desalination, water reuse, ZLD, or mobile treatment businesses.

Strong commercial acumen,n including change management, claims resolution, forecasting, and project financial reporting.

Experience managing projects across multiple customer sites simultaneously.
