Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner — both in-person and digitally.
- Guide customers through the full vehicle selection process, demonstrating features, options, and values across our inventory.
- Conduct test drives and present vehicles in a way that aligns with each customer's needs and lifestyle.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the finance and management teams to structure and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and competitive landscape.
Compensation
$60,000- $150,000

Salary plus spiffs and commissions
40-hour work weeks (Saturday's Required)
Requirements
- A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable talking to anyone.
- Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a desire to grow earnings.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person.
