Summary:
As an LPN at The Rutherford, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the health and wellness of our residents. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Medication management
- Fall prevention.
- Skin breakdown prevention
- Incident reporting
- State regulatory compliance
Resident Health and Wellness:
You will work diligently to ensure the well-being of our residents, providing essential services such as:
- State-specific assessments and clinical tools
- Ongoing implementation of Inspirit Senior Living philosophy and principles
- Regular communication with families and physicians
- Wellness visits
- Identifying the needs of our residents to maintain their health and wellness
- Act as a liaison with other healthcare services
- Provide emergency first aid as needed
- Monitor infections and incidents
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintaining resident confidentiality
- Offering consultation and technical assistance
- Coaching on the importance of resident confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Professional Nursing License
