Job Summary
This is an in-person position, located in Rancho Mirage, CA. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical imaging techniques, including X-Ray procedures, and demonstrate excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. As an X-Ray Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging scans to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment planning while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Job Functions:
- Performs X-Ray examinations following EIC Radiologist’s set Protocols.
- Full understanding and operation of all X-Ray equipment, including digitizer if applicable.
- Maintains all clinical equipment, including daily QC, and ability to troubleshoot all X-Ray equipment. Notifies service as needed, maintains service logs and reports any and all performance issues to Clinical Supervisor.
- Obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns.
- Follows radiation safety guidelines and utilizes lead shielding as required to protect patient and self from excessive radiation.
- Responsible for completing all ordered procedures.
- Performs Radiographic procedures of high technical quality.
- Stocks x-ray rooms between exams and at end of shift.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Works with and mentors' students from Radiology schools to become Radiology Techs.

- Adheres to radiation safety guidelines under the direction of the technologists and/or radiologists
Position Qualifications:
- Graduation and completion of Accredited Radiology Program. AAS
- ARRT
- CRT
- BLS Certification
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
