What You Will Do
Manage the professional development program
Assist with training of new and current staff, roll out of new compliance and regulatory training
Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident care standards
Assist with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance
What We Are Looking For
- Active and Clear RN license - would consider LPN
- 1-3 years of Nurse Supervisory experience focused on staff education and development
- Point Click Care experience is a plus
