Position Overview
The Marketing & UX Experience Intern will support the marketing team in initiatives focused on improving the customer experience across digital platforms while contributing to the development of visual and creative assets that strengthen brand engagement. This role combines user experience (UX), digital marketing, customer journey analysis, and graphic design to help create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-focused experiences. The intern will gain hands-on experience in website optimization, content presentation, design best practices, and digital campaign execution while collaborating with marketing, design, and technology teams to enhance customer interactions across multiple channels
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating website and landing page user experiences to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support customer journey mapping and user flow analysis across digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Gather and analyze website, campaign, and user engagement data to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to improve digital experiences and conversion rates.
- Assist with content organization, navigation reviews, and website optimization recommendations.
- Support the development of wireframes, user stories, and UX improvement initiatives.
- Participate in testing and validating user experience enhancements.
- Document findings, recommendations, and project outcomes for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to special marketing and digital experience projects as assigned.
