Job Summary
The Warehouse/Driver Technician is responsible for performing all day-to-day warehousing and inventory activities throughout the facility. The Warehouse/Driver Technician reports to team leads and the Manager, Distribution, executes daily task plans set by management, maintains a clean, healthy and safe work environment, and ensures the company's quality standards are met. Tasks include receiving, stocking, picking and packing orders and inventory.

- Same day deliveries throughout California in company vehicle
- Performing daily maintenance checks to ensure equipment and vehicles are operating correctly
- Performing all day-to-day distribution tasks to the standards set by management
- Taking sets of instructions from management and executing properly
- Maintaining a clean, safe and positive work environment
- Meeting work deadlines set by management and team leads
- Sorting and organizing supplies
- Consolidating and prepping inventory for delivery
- Adhering to all SOPs provided by team leads and management
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Basic Qualifications
- Forklift and stocking equipment experience required
- Minimum of one year working in a GMP or food manufacturing setting
- Regular and punctual attendance is required
- Proficient in the use of ladders, power-tools, standard electrical tools
- Ability to read and utilize technical drawings and operations manuals
- Able to respond to urgent facilities requests in a timely manner
- Ability to work a variable hour schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being a self-directed problem solver
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid Class C Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior warehouse and distribution experience
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Pay Range
Hourly $20.00 - $22.50
Working Environment
This job operates in an industrial GMP manufacturing environment. The working environment may include exposure to outdoor environmental conditions in order to perform general distribution tasks. The employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment including clean room garments such as scrubs. The employee must be able to walk throughout the campus to perform assigned duties.

- Must be able to see, hear, and communicate basic operational and safety instructions
- Work conditions may include hot or cold weather, as well as wet working conditions
