Who Are We Looking For?
KELMAR Safety is currently searching for someone to join our team as a Drug & Alcohol Compliance Specialist. This is a career-not just a job. We are looking for someone with any prior experience in DOT compliance and/or in the drug and alcohol service field. Experience in drug screen collecting, processing of results, or occupational health is a plus.
This is a Monday–Friday 8am-5pm position onsite in Greenfield, IN. *THIS IS NOT REMOTE*
Duties and Responsibilities
· Review documents to ensure completeness and compliance in accordance to DOT and/or company regulations
· Work with clinics to obtain proper documentation
· Research and report out drug and alcohol test results
· Input results and chain of custody forms into our electronic system
· Provide timely response to customers
· Meet group and company goals

Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Any knowledge of DOT regulations
· Prior experience in the drug & alcohol service field (drug screen collecting or processing of the results)
· A good basic understanding of computers
· A good basic understanding of Excel and Adobe PDF
· Detail orientated, accurate, self-motivated and goal driven
· Decision making and problem-solving skills
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Willingness to learn
