COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Phase 1 — GOB Launch Period
- ● $25.00/hour base pay — guaranteed full-time schedule (40 hrs/week)
- 2% store override on total store performance
- 5% commission on personal sales across all categories
- 90-day earnings guarantee: $4,333/month floor regardless of commission results.
Long-Term Earning Potential
- Strong performers are expected to exceed $80,000 in annual earnings
- Base + commission + override structure continues post-launch
- Compensation reviewed upward as store volume and responsibilities grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Sell & Serve Customers
- Engage customers across mattresses, furniture, and Whirlpool appliances
- Tell the factory-direct Idaho story and Everton's value advantages confidently
- Drive financing, attachment selling, and ticket growth across all categories
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Lead the Store
- Own daily floor operations, showroom execution, and team performance
- Support staffing, scheduling, and team development
- Maintain showroom standards across all three product categories
- Coordinate appliance delivery and customer service follow-through
- Participate in weekly retail performance reviews with the Director of Retail
Build the Brand
- Execute both GOB promotional campaigns and the Everton brand relaunch strategy
- Be Everton’s face in the Livingston community
- Help position Everton as the go-to home goods destination — not just another mattress store.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven retail sales or management experience — furniture, mattress, or appliance background a plus
- Natural ability to connect with customers and close sales with integrity
- Strong leadership presence — you raise the energy in the room, not drain it
- Organized, accountable, and execution-focused

- Comfortable operating in a lean, growing environment where you help build the playbook

- Direct reporting relationship with the Director of Retail — accessible leadership, clear communications, real support.

- Tuesday – Saturday
- Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours may flex during peak promotional periods and GOB events
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
