A-1 Brightside Auto is hiring an experienced Master Technician in Rocky Mount, NC. We are looking for a skilled automotive professional with strong experience in automotive diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, drivability concerns, and full-service automotive repair. This is a full-time opportunity for a technician who takes pride in accurate work, efficiency, and helping customers stay safe on the road.

What you’ll do
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics on engine, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and drivability issues
- Complete high-quality automotive repair and maintenance work efficiently and accurately
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify root causes of complex vehicle concerns
- Inspect vehicles, confirm needed repairs, and document findings clearly
- Support a productive, team-oriented shop environment focused on quality and customer trust
What we’re looking for
- ASE certification required; ASE Master Technician certification strongly preferred
- Strong experience in automotive diagnostics and automotive repair
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and automotive electrical systems experience
- Ability to diagnose drivability, engine performance, and mechanical issues efficiently
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach
- Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous learning
