What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet and exceed revenue goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a high-quality in-store experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom
- Train team members to build strong product knowledge and selling skills
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvementCompensation & Benefits

- Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential)- $55k+
