We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and organized Studio Manager to drive daily operations within a fast-paced boutique fitness studio and lead our studio team!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks, as well as leadership and customer service skills. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the studio, including sales, marketing and exceptional customer service, and team environment!
- Recruit and hire new team members, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to meet sales and customer service goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to the studio team, setting clear goals and expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and weekly marketing plan
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Working with the Head Coach to ensuring that all coaches are preforming at their highest levels and equipment is functioning properly
- Collaborate with Head Coach to ensure seamless operations between front desk sales, and class operations
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Perform math calculations and manage cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
-Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and members
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees, ensuring they meet performance expectations
- Manage employee performance and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action
-Assist in developing a high energy culture through contests and incentive based motivation
- Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, recruiting, and administrative roles
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
-Proven sales leadership REQUIRED!
- Experience with employee orientation and onboarding processes and training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to take 2 HIIT classes per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,450.21 - $55,000.00 per year
