Position Summary
The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team members, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience. This role acts as the leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain service speed, product quality, and operational efficiency.

As a Shift Lead, you will:

Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure efficient, high-quality operations

Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members

Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally

Ensure order accuracy, service speed, and product consistency meet company standards

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items as needed to support operations

Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting

Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods

Support training and onboarding of new team members

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed, including drive-thru operations
Preferred Qualifications

Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented

Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
Pay Range: $10.00 per hour – $11.00 per hour
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Work Environment
