We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our skilled nursing facility.
The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can build a positive culture, support staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive excellent clinical and operational outcomes.
Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Partner closely with Nursing and department leadership to ensure high-quality resident care
Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership team
Maintain appropriate staffing and promote a positive employee culture
Monitor census, labor, expenses, and overall financial performance
Drive occupancy and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families
Lead survey readiness, quality improvement, and regulatory initiatives
Ensure residents and families receive responsive, compassionate service
Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state
Prior skilled nursing leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey requirements
Strong operational, financial, and people-management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and lead by example
