From residential and commercial foundation repair to commercial caulking and waterproofing, we help protect and strengthen structures from the ground up and the outside in.
Pay: Starting at $18 + /hour based on experience
What You’ll Do:
Our team works across two core divisions. Based on your experience and strengths, you’ll primarily work in one of the following areas:
Foundation Repair Division:
- Assist with excavation, digging, and trenching around residential and commercial structures
- Support installation of piers, braces, and other structural stabilization systems
- Perform concrete mixing, pouring, and site preparation
- Work alongside experienced crew leaders to repair and reinforce foundations
Commercial Caulking & Waterproofing Division:
- Assist with caulking, sealing, and waterproofing of commercial buildings
- Prepare surfaces and apply sealants to joints, windows, and exterior panels
- Work on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding depending on the project
- Help protect buildings from water intrusion and long-term damage
General Responsibilities (All Roles):
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Follow all safety guidelines and team procedures
What You Bring:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn (construction experience is a plus, not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
