Sky High Gardens, one of Seattle’s top craft cannabis farms, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Operations team with a focus on pre-roll joint production, packaging, and fulfillment.
This is a hands-on production role that requires consistency, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, honest work ethic, strong attendance record, and respectful communication with managers and co-workers.
Experience in the I-502 cannabis industry is a plus, but we are also interested in candidates with experience in food production, packaging, warehouse work, fulfillment, manufacturing, kitchen prep, or other detail-oriented repetitive work environments.

Cannabis Packaging & Pre-Roll Production Associate
About the Role
The Sky High Gardens Operations team is responsible for helping move product from harvest through processing, packaging, fulfillment, and preparation for delivery. This position will primarily focus on pre-roll joint production and packaging, while also assisting with harvest support, product handling, facility organization, and other operations tasks as needed.
This may be a good fit for someone who enjoys repetitive hands-on work, can stay focused for long periods, takes pride in clean and consistent output, and can work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Grinding cannabis material for pre-roll production
- Filling, packing, and preparing pre-roll joints
- Weighing product and accurately recording weights
- Labeling packaged products
- Packaging cannabis products according to company standards
- Assisting with harvest tasks
- Assisting with plant breakdown/knockdown after harvest
- Separating usable flower from stem material
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Following company procedures and quality standards
- Supporting product flow through the Operations department
- Lifting boxes, moving supplies, and assisting with warehouse tasks
- Breaking down cardboard and supporting general facility upkeep
- Assisting management with additional operations tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well on a team
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Ability to work at a consistent production pace
- Able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Valid Washington State driver’s license, or ability to obtain one
- Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with team members and management
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional cannabis experience
- Experience in cannabis packaging, pre-roll production, trimming, harvest, fulfillment, or operations
- Experience in food production, kitchen prep, warehouse work, manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or fulfillment
- Experience working in a regulated or process-driven environment
- Experience following checklists, production standards, or standard operating procedures
Compensation
Pay: $21.30 per hour
In addition to hourly pay, Sky High Gardens offers pay incentives based on production goals.
