Vinny’s Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced pizza maker to join our team. We are seeking someone passionate about pizza, consistency, speed, and quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years pizza-making experience preferred
- Experience with dough prep, fermentation, and stretching
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to maintain quality during high-volume service
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Clean, organized, and dependable
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough and pizza ingredients
- Stretch, build, and cook pizzas consistently
- Maintain prep levels and station organization
- Ensure food quality and kitchen cleanliness
- Help improve pizza menu and recipes
Preferred Experience:
- Hand-tossed pizza
- Neapolitan- style pizza
- Detroit-style / bar pizza
- Stone deck oven experience (plus)
Pay: $20–$26 per hour (based on experience)
