Local Industrial Contractor seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
The ideal candidate will support the company's financial operations by processing customer invoices based on completed work, contracts and approved billing schedules, working closely with project managers, customers, and the accounting team to ensure timely billing and payment for industrial insulation projects.
Some other responsibilities will include general bookkeeping duties, tax filings, daily cash receipt processing, management of state and local licenses, and providing backup for payroll and accounts payable. Other duties may include assistance with monthly, quarterly and year end reports and activities.
Bachelors degree in Accounting required. Some experience and knowledge of contracting preferred. Experience with SAGE accounting software a plus.
The successful candidate will be reliable, detail oriented and self motivated with good communication and computer skills.
