You start your morning by opening our T3-powered dashboard to review open work orders, machine service intervals, and parts status. With live data streaming from hundreds of makes and models, you pinpoint root causes fast—then map out corrective actions so equipment returns to the field reliably and safely.

Safely execute repairs and maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer fleets.

Use laptops and tablets to create, assign, and track work orders; monitor service intervals; and document every step of the job.

Diagnose issues quickly using real-time machine data across multiple OEMs; determine cause and corrective action with confidence.

Order parts accurately and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & components as needed.

Share your expertise by mentoring junior technicians when required.

Complete all electronic documentation daily—thorough, accurate, on time.

Apply knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred) to maintain a safe and compliant shop.

Participate in year-round, company-provided OEM training.

Advanced mechanical aptitude and fluency with professional tools.

Deep knowledge of construction equipment, including the ability to read and interpret complex schematics and diagrams.

Excellent customer service, teamwork, and written/verbal communication skills.

High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred.

Experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment repair preferred.

Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.

Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
