- Provides assistance during café hours.
- Follows recipes and store hours accurately.
- Develops new recipes and menu items to improve sales.
- Maintain a clean café and dining room.
- Must be able to work with money and a cash register.
- Obtains food and supplies as required.
- Assists in ordering, checking and storage of all supplies.
- Follows posted schedule and job assignments.
- Assists in washing dishes according to procedure.
- Follows cleaning schedule.
- Follows standardized recipes.
- Obtain food and supplies as required.
