Reveal Excavation is looking for motivated and experienced Equipment Operators to work in the Missoula Area. We are a medium sized company that performs a variety of work ranging from road construction, deep utility installation, foundation and building pad excavation for commercial site development.
We are looking for team members that want to join our team of hard-working individuals who work safely and deliver high-quality results to our customers. This is an hourly position with accrued paid time off.
Qualifications:
Understanding and skills in the operation and maintenance of all types of equipment - 2 years (preferred)
Ability to read Civil Engineering plans and check grades
Knowledge of sewer, water and infrastructure
Ability to communicate and report effectively- Capacity to provide and follow directions
Knowledge of safety protocols and the procedures used to control heavy equipment.- Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure
- Ability to work extended hours, as required
Excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills
