Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Millwright role in Woodland, WA. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair issues involving motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and production systems.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
- Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including motors and control components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a millwright or in industrial maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems, welding, and preventative maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems preferred.
- Welding and fabrication experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Overtime as needed
