Reginal Clinical Nurse

Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight: Oversee clinical operations across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Clinical Staff Management: Manage and support a team of clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and improve patient satisfaction.
Staff Education: Provide education and training to clinical staff on new policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including medical staff, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
Education: 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with a current GA RN license.
Additional Requirements: Oversee a few facilities clinically, part remote, some travel required.
