Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead the organization's financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will serve as a key business partner responsible for driving financial strategy, supporting company growth initiatives, and building scalable financial processes and infrastructure.

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support company growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow management, and multi-year financial planning processes.

Evaluate capital investments, growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and business opportunities through financial analysis, ROI assessments, and business case development.

Monitor key financial and operational metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and drive decision-making.

Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and relationships with external auditors and financial partners.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while building scalable processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure to support organizational growth.

Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, financial visibility, and overall business performance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on commercial matters, contracts, risk management, and strategic initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

8+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.

Experience working within a manufacturing environment preferred.

Demonstrated success supporting growth within a small-to-mid-sized business.

Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.

Experience evaluating capital investments and supporting strategic business decisions.

Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor team members.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal controls.
