Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with exceptional customer service.
- Help customers find clothing and accessories that fit their style.
- Provide honest, helpful fashion advice and styling suggestions.
- Operate the cash register and accurately process sales.
- Tag and prepare new merchandise for the sales floor.
- Restock displays and keep merchandise organized and appealing.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Work as part of a team to create a fun and positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Passion for fashion and helping others feel confident.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized.
- Retail experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
