We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Facility Supervisor & Office Cleaner to join our team. This role combines team management and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating our Hispanic/Spanish-speaking cleaning and maintenance staff, while also performing high-standard cleaning duties for our core office areas to maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Coordination (50%)
- Staff Supervision: Schedule, assign, and oversee the daily tasks of the Hispanic/Spanish-speaking cleaning and facility maintenance crew.
- Quality Control: Establish cleaning standards and conduct regular inspections of areas maintained by the crew to ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Bridge Communication: Act as the primary liaison between company management and the Spanish-speaking staff; resolve daily operational issues and bridge language/cultural gaps.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor, inventory, and request purchasing for cleaning chemicals, equipment, and office consumables, ensuring cost-effective usage.
2. Office Cleaning & Maintenance (50%)
- Core Area Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning and organizing of executive offices, conference rooms, and the reception lobby.
- Daily Upkeep: Dust and wipe down office desks, floors, glass doors, and windows; sanitize high-touch public surfaces and equipment (e.g., coffee machines, microwaves, printers).
- Waste Management: Empty and sort trash and recycling bins from the office and meeting rooms daily.
Job Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency or proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate with the maintenance crew. Basic English is required for reporting to management.
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in janitorial work, property management, hospitality, or facility supervisor roles.

Pay: $6,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
