Housekeepers maintain clean, sanitary resident rooms and common areas across the facility. Daily tasks focus on sanitizing surfaces and keeping floor spaces tidy. Housekeepers work directly on the floor to ensure the physical environment remains clean for residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and high-touch surface areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floor surfaces throughout resident care units.
- Trash disposal and routine linen restocks in designated supply areas.
- Prepare resident rooms during room turnovers and discharges.
- Report maintenance issues or supply needs directly to department supervisors.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at $14/hr, scaling upward with experience
- Schedule: Day shifts, 4 on / 2 off rotation

- Must pass a standard criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
