Purple Cow Roofing is seeking entrepreneurial sales professionals who want to build a high‑income business in storm restoration and roofing sales. This role operates internally as an Independent Purple Cow Operator (IPCO).
In this role, you will manage homeowner relationships, develop opportunities created through field activity, and guide projects from inspection through agreement. Top performers operate their own territories while leveraging the Purple Cow Roofing platform, systems, and support infrastructure.

Public Adjuster Licensing
Independent Purple Cow Operators must hold a Public Adjuster (PA) license. Candidates who do not currently hold a license but demonstrate strong potential may be supported through the licensing process. Training and guidance are available for qualified candidates capable of obtaining their license quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Work storm‑affected neighborhoods within your territory
- Offer free roof inspections to homeowners
- Educate homeowners on insurance claims and roofing solutions
- Present homeowner agreements where permitted by law
- Coordinate with project managers and internal teams
- Develop and manage opportunities within your territory
- Support and collaborate with Field Marketing Representatives operating in your area

- Are a licensed Public Adjuster or capable of obtaining a PA license quickly
