Duties
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone and email
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and maintaining databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support office management in various administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in customer support or as a medical receptionist is beneficial
