ALL-SOURCE ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION
J12 is looking for a motivated Engineer to perform analysis on foreign radar and weapon systems, primarily surface to air missile systems. This position involves performing All-Source Scientific and Technical Intelligence Analysis and applying engineering judgment to determine the capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of adversary weapons.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform detailed engineering analysis using all available sources of intelligence data.

Create threat-faithful designs of weapon components, subsystems, and systems.

Support efforts to develop and integrate weapon system models of various fidelities into larger system of system architectures.

Exercise models for performance analysis of subsystems or weapon systems
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technical discipline.

Proficiency using Python/MATLAB to model and analyze weapon systems

Excellent math skills.

Existing TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility and a counter-intelligence polygraph.

Candidate must be a US-only Citizen.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical discipline.

Working knowledge of radar, command-and-control, digital signal processing, signals and systems, tracking, coordinate transformations, and engagement planning.
- Knowledge of intelligence community modeling and simulation architectures and their uses.

Understanding of intelligence community directives and tradecraft

Ability to interact with data suppliers, work well with coworkers, and interface with customers.

Ability to communicate complex technical issues and provide comprehensive written, oral and/or digital products (including document organization and technical writing).
