We are hiring for multiple positions including Manager, Server, Bartender, Line Cook, Dish Washer, Host, Food Runner and all other restaurant and food service roles. Duties
- Lead and support team members across various roles to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals, adhering to food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Assist with menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and food presentation to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory levels, monitor food quality, and coordinate catering or special event needs
- Train new staff on food preparation techniques, knife skills, and customer service expectations
Skills
- Extensive experience in the food industry, including restaurant or fine dining settings
- Strong culinary skills with proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with dietary department operations or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Familiarity with menu planning, catering services, and kitchen management practices
- Proficiency in knife skills, food presentation, and meal preparation processes
