Join Hot Springs Sports Medicine and make a lasting impact helping patients regain movement, strength, and confidence. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evidence-based care in a collaborative, patient-focused outpatient environment in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services to improve pain, strength, and functional mobility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Accurately document evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
- Supervise and collaborate with PTAs, therapy technicians, and administrative staff.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe self-care techniques.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered clinical environment
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Arkansas PT license (or eligibility).
- 1–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based care and measurable patient outcomes.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
- May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.
