We need a motivated and detail-oriented Floor and Duct Restoration Technician to join our team. Our company is family owned, loyal, honest and hard working. We are seeking someone who can partake in these values with us. We have two vans that hit the road every day and we need someone who wants to help grow our company with us. As our main technician you will be a face of the company, you will need to be able to speak to property managers/homeowners with respect and knowledge(WE WILL TEACH YOU!!!), holding our company at the high standards that we have set with our residential and commercial clients. This job does offer flexible hours, it is not a 9-5 but there will be longer days here and there, we also offer 24/7 water extraction services and you will need to be on call for these emergencies (happen more so during rainy/hurricane season)IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THAT DO NOT SUBMIT A RESUME. The emergency water extraction services offer great compensation opportunities, we just need someone who IS and WANTS to be available to work and make $ ON CALL.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and spot treatments of various floor surfaces(Tile/Grout, Vinyl,Carpet,Area Rug,Upholstery) using specialized equipment such as floor scrubbers and carpet cleaning wands .
- Maintain Dryer Vent cleanliness by inspecting, vacuuming, and removing debris.
- Handle and apply chemical agents safely for floor cleaning tasks.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate methods to remove stains, dirt, and allergens, ensuring a fresh appearance.
- Maintain ductwork cleanliness by inspecting, vacuuming, and removing debris.
- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently while managing manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of supplies or equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and addressing any specific needs or concerns.
Experience
- Clean Driving record and a license is required.
- Familiarity with various cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, extractors, and chemical dispensers is a PLUS.
- Ability to perform medium/heavy lifting and manual handling tasks comfortably is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude toward client interactions is REQUIRED.
- A Good attitude and a clean looking appearance is REQUIRED.
Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
