Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious and motivated Estimators / Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, assess their remodeling needs, prepare detailed project estimates, and close contracts. This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Once a project is sold, it is handed off to our operations team for execution, no field work or labor is required!
Important: This role does not require any cold calling or lead generation. All leads are company-provided, so you can focus exclusively on estimating, presenting proposals, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients.
- Develop accurate and detailed estimates using company-approved tools.
- Present proposals, answer client questions, and finalize contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle including assisting with materials selection and the design process.
- Maintain accurate records in company CRM and coordinate smooth handoffs to the field team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or estimating in home remodeling, kitchens, or construction.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to prepare and present detailed proposals with accuracy.
- Self-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation.
- Reliable transportation to attend client consultations across Northern Virginia.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Sales: 3 years (Required)
- Construction estimating: 5 years (Required)
