Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to lead our medical team at the Madison County Detention Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse leader who enjoys balancing clinical excellence with team development, operational oversight, and collaboration.

As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you'll:
✨ Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff and daily operations
✨ Ensure quality patient care and compliance with established standards
✨ Collaborate with facility administration and healthcare providers
✨ Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management
✨ Participate in an on-call rotation to support the team as needed
✨ Foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered culture
Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but strong leadership and management experience are essential.
✔ Active Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
✔ Management and supervisory experience required
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
✔ Computer proficiency and documentation skills
✔ Correctional healthcare experience preferred
✔ Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
