What You’ll Do as a Company Driver:
· Dedicated Routes: Deliver candy and snack food to Thayer’s wholesale customers on a regular basis. Pickup Thayer product from major suppliers with minimal wait times. Same hourly rate, delivering, driving, waiting for pickup, during loading/unloading.
- Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a mix of local and regional overnight routes (2–3 overnights max).
- Company paid hotel for overnights. No Sleepers.
- Orders are palletized. No picking from the truck. Minimal hand unloading.
· Be a Thayer champion: Have friendly interactions with the same customers on a routine basis. Contact sales for issues.
What We’re Looking For:
· Valid CDL-A license
· 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience
· Manual 10-speed transmission skills
· Clean MVR preferred
