Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to join our team in the Kalkaska area! We have part-time and full-time opportunities in a school setting and an immediate start.
A great fit for someone who takes pride in their work and values consistency.
Part-Time Openings:
Monday through Friday 4-hour block between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM.
You choose your start time, which will remain consistent each day.
Occasional weekend hours may be required for school event setup and teardown
- Schedules may shift to first shift hours during school breaks.
Full Time Opportunity:
Monday- Friday: 3:00pm- 11:30pm
Occasional weekend hours may be required for school event setup and teardown
- Schedules may shift to first shift hours during school breaks.
Pay Rate: $14 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment ( We'll provide training)
- As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned
What we're looking for:
- Able to successfully pass a background check and meet school clearance requirements, including fingerprinting.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable and able to show up on time consistently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards
- Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
