Your Role:
As an integral member of our team, you will spearhead the real estate closing process, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Document Preparation: Crafting settlement statements, closing disclosures, and essential escrow documentation in harmony with the closing process.
- Collaboration: Working closely with lenders, Realtors, homebuyers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
- Post-Closing Operations: Conducting follow-ups and efficiently managing the shipping of closed packages.
- Team Support: Taking on additional tasks to bolster our team and serve our clients effectively.

Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of title insurance experience is preferred.
- Certification: Notary certification is required; candidates should be willing to obtain it if not currently certified.
Job Details:

- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Location: In-person at our Grove City office
