Account Manager

This is a full time, in office position for an Account Manager at Forrest Insurance Agency. The Account Manager will be the day-to-day liaison between insurance carriers, agents, and clients. They will help clients understand their coverage, assist with any claims needed, and ensure all needs are met by responding to client inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and solutions. They will work closely with our agents and other Account Managers to assist in quoting, proposal generation, plan implementation, and service.
Qualifications:
- Strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to analyze data and think strategically
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- No license or previous insurance experience required
