About the Position
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking and motivated team member to join our growing event rental company. In this role, you'll help deliver, set up, and take down inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment for customers throughout the area.
This is more than just a delivery job—we're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to train into a Lead Driver position, where you'll manage delivery routes, lead crews, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport inflatable bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, tents, and other rental equipment using company vehicles while following all safety guidelines and traffic laws.
- Set up and tear down inflatables, tents, and other event rentals
- Ensure equipment is clean, organized, and properly secured
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at every job site
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards, including proper lifting techniques and safe driving practices.
- Assist with warehouse organization and equipment maintenance as needed
- Represent TN Bounce House, LLC in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds independently or with assistance when appropriate and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Weekend availability is required during peak season.
- Experience driving 14'-18' box trucks or trailers is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
