Your Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level hands‑on care for clients with memory care needs, bed‑bound care, mobility challenges, and personal care

Train and mentor caregivers during on‑shift training

Conduct supervisory visits to ensure care quality, professionalism, and adherence to agency standards

Serve as the experienced, steady leader clients, families, and caregivers rely on

What You Need to Lead
