owned retail store with an array of merchandise and specialty items. Big House
Outpost is presently looking to expand its team of exceptional
employees to include:
RETAIL SPECIALISTS & KEYHOLDER
As a Big House Outpost Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service by offering helpful solutions to customers’ shopping needs. This includes maintaining stock, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge and maintaining safety, security and integrity. Providing customers with fast and friendly service at the cash register area. Other responsibilities may include managing shelves and inventory and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store. As a Keyholder, you will responsible for open and/or closing the store(s), as well as responsible for accurate deposits to the bank and daily reporting to upper management.
Qualifications
- Helpful customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Previous retail experience is a plus but will train the right candidates
Skills required:
- Honest and Courteous
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient with technology including computers, registers, POS systems,
telephone and other equipment as needed
