Landscape Laborer
Competitive Pay: $18/hr – $22/hr based on experience and work ethic
Position Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (with potential for year-round employment)
Position Overview
HMK Landscaping is seeking motivated and dependable Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. This position involves working outdoors on a variety of commercial and residential landscape projects including installations, property maintenance, and site improvements.
We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy being part of a team that delivers professional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installations (planting, grading, seeding, sod installation)
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Install mulch, shrubs, trees, and hardscape materials
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
- Follow project specifications and direction from crew leaders
- Assist with snow removal during winter months (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Prior landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to and from shop/job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well with a team
