Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who works well under pressure, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
